The resort is perfectly located, offering a peaceful atmosphere and breathtaking views. the spacious rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attached bathrooms providing hot water 24/7. the staff is disciplined, co-operative, and always ready to help. Room service is prompt and efficient. the hotel owner personally takes care of the guests, ensuring a comfortable stay. the food is delicious and the hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the town and nearby attractions.
Some of the reception staff can come across as rude in their interactions with guests.

The hotel had spacious rooms with beautiful views and delicious food. I appreciated the complementary breakfast, and the staff were very helpful in suggesting local places to eat and visit. the hotel was conveniently located near several popular attractions.
The hotel did not offer Wi-Fi access, and some of the other facilities could use updating. these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during our Easter stay. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, with 24-hour hot water. We really enjoyed the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the busy areas. The hotel also had a spacious parking area, which was very convenient.
There was a bit of a noise issue, as we heard barking dogs and loud music from a nearby area during the night. , the food served at the hotel was not up to our expectations and seemed a bit overpriced.
